The ever well-informed Tony Sciarrotta of the Reverse Logistics Association will be facilitating this online event. He will bring together Gay Gordon-Byrne from the Repair Association with David Fitzsimons from the European Remanufacturing Council. Why does the Reverse Logistics Association care about this issue? Consider the implications for logistics businesses when products are returned for repair, and then consider the opportunities to create triage and value retention operations for clients. The RLA and European Remanufacturing Council share member companies such as DSV and DP World, both of whom are gearing up to grow this element of their business.

The European Remanufacturing Network (ERN) project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement 645984.
The project was so successful that in January 2017 it was decided to create a European Remanufacturing Council funded by business membership subscriptions.
The ERN project (and the creation of a European Remanufacturing Council) was inspired by the earlier work of the Remanufacturing Industries Council in the USA.
